Liefermars

A multi-vendor food marketplace is not one app — it is the customer apps people order from, a real-time terminal the restaurants run their day on, and the release machinery that keeps both alive. One small team owns all of it.

• 01Built the customer apps for Android and iOS from scratch — restaurant discovery, live menus, cart and checkout, and push notifications that carry order status.
• 02Built a real-time order terminal for restaurant staff that prints delivery receipts as orders land.
• 03Built the Liefermars POS portal — POS vendors connect their own terminals through it to integrate the Liefermars marketplace, so Liefermars orders arrive straight into their POS.
• 04Own the release path end to end: CI pipelines, cloud servers, and the store updates that go out with them.

The marketplace runs live on Android and iOS, with the Android build published on Google Play and maintained through rolling store releases. Four years in, the release path is still the one I built.
